Online shop delivery terms

General information about the online shop

The products in the online store are sold by Fais Finland Oy. We sell products to individuals of legal age in Finland. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

 

Ordering

Products are ordered online at https://lutlab.fais.fi via the shopping cart.

All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing your order.

You agree to be bound by the delivery terms and conditions in force for each order.

 

Order and payment confirmation

We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, where you will see:

The product list of the order
The total amount of the invoice
Tax breakdown
You can check the contents of your order via your user account on our website, if you have registered as a customer of our online shop before or during the ordering process.

You will receive a payment confirmation from Paytrail Plc, indicating the amount, payment ID and date of payment. Please contact Paytrail (020 718 1830 / [email protected]) if you have any questions regarding your payment transaction.

 

Payment methods

Products and postage are payable at the time of ordering. You can pay online using the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Collector bill and instalment facility, Jousto bill and instalment facility, Paytrail account. Payment is made through the Paytrail Plc website.

 

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Delivery methods and time

We post products every working day. We aim to deliver the products the next working day after the order is placed, if the product is in stock. If the product is not available directly from our stock, the delivery time may be slightly longer than promised. The delivery methods available for your order are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout.

You can choose the delivery method:

PostNord Collection Point
PostNord home delivery

You can choose either a collection point parcel or home delivery. If you choose a collection point parcel, your order will be delivered to the nearest PostNord branch, and if you choose home delivery, your order will be delivered directly to your door. You will receive a separate notification of the arrival of your parcel by SMS, as long as you have filled in your phone number at the ordering stage. Deliveries to domestic addresses only.

 

Exchange and return conditions

You have a 14-day full exchange and return period (not for labelled products and toiletries). The product must be unused. Returns can be made by taking the product to the same collection point where you picked it up. The customer can return the product at the counter free of charge, either by giving your name or by providing the dispatch code (the code that was on the package when you picked it up). The product must be properly packed in a carrier bag or equivalent.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receipt of delivery. Once the return has been accepted, we will send you an email with a link to add a bank account to which we will refund the money if payment has been made by bank transfer. If the payment was made by card, we will refund the payment directly to the card. If the payment was made by invoice or instalment, the invoice will be cancelled.

 

Problems with transport and defective products

If a product is lost in transit, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to you, you must report the error immediately to [email protected] or by post:

Notification of a faulty delivery or defective product must be made as soon as possible. If the package has been damaged in transit, a claim must be made immediately to the logistics partner.

The products are subject to the warranty conditions specified for them. The warranty conditions for each product can be found in the product descriptions. The warranty conditions can also be found in the instructions for use, on a separate warranty form or at the web address indicated by the manufacturer.
